  • Just book a call or fill out our contact form. We’ll verify your insurance, match you with a specialist, and get you started on your care journey—on your terms.

  • As long as you want it to be! We are a long-term diabetes care solution. Utilizing existing insurance benefits allows our clients stay with us for years! There is no graduation or end-date.

  • Please let us know so we can update our system and obtain your new coverage details. There are also options to continue care with our team if you are uninsured. 

  • We want you to use the system or tools that are best for you. We support all diabetes technologies and have worn and used most of them ourselves. We support the use of DIY AID systems including:

    While our team understands carbohydrate counting and can teach it when appropriate, it’s just one small piece of the puzzle. Our clinicians are trained to approach diabetes care with nuance, compassion, and expertise that goes far beyond grams and glucose.
